How would you describe pizza?

The dough of a pizza, is often tough and hard with its crust but with the bottom of it, it tends to soften, it doesn't have too much of a smell, just a slight earthy kind of smell. The sauce tends to be a tomato sauce, which smells differently according to the spices put in, its texture is like that of apple sauce. The cheese of a pizza tends to be gooey and stretchy, feeling it stretch out as my bite pulls away from the slice. The smell of the cheese differs with the type of cheese.
