What foods should I eat if I want to gain weight?
I'm sick of being tiny..etc I'm 19 and I'm short and skinny. Sometimes it has its advantages but I hate it. I don't eat healthy either, but that still doesn't help me gain weight. I can eat SO much, and its shocking to some people. For example heres what I ate today.. .Breakfast: One four egg omlette with green peppers and cheese, two sausages and some bacon, three pieces of toast and two large glasses of orange juice. Lunch: A foot long pizza sub from subway with extra pepperoni, and a small bag of chips with a coke. Snack: A donut. Supper: A pork chop, a cup of rice and a cup of potatoes, and I drank two big glasses of chocolate milk and I bought a big bag of ruffle all dressed chips for tonight. I eat big like this EVERY SINGLE DAY. Can you give me ideas?!
