Is pizza with pepperoni somewhat healthier than other fast foods?

Hello. Absolutely not. Pepperoni is loaded with fat and sodium. If you are trying to eat healthy, and still want to have pizza, make sure you either eat it with just cheese, or vegetables, like green peppers, onions, olives, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Adding meat to a pizza just makes it greasy, and high in fat, and adds way more calories. I eat healthy, but i find it impossible to give up pizza because i love it way too much. I usually get a thin crust pizza, with cheese, and sometimes i add green pepper, olives, or mushrooms, and never have more then 2 slices.
