Is this ok? Please answer.?

OK so. i have pizzas that go in the oven at 350 for 33 minutes. they come in 2 a box. most people would cook and eat 2. however im not that hungry. if i only make one and keep the other one in the freezer..would i have to lower the temp or the time??? BTW they are Stouffers french Bread Pepperoni pizza
