Anyone up for rating Pizzas? On a rating of 0-10 how do you rate the following Pizzas from this list?

Like your list 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 for pineapple, but that's a lousy list. How about shrimp, onions, green peppers, olives, cheese, ham, etc. and most importantly good quality tomato sauce and real mozzarella.Thick whole wheat crust. I love loaded pizzas. I like them hot and I put a little real butter on a piece. Extravagant but tasty. Sometimes I'll have a beer or two with it, but coke or milk is good too.
