What kind of pizza is healthier? Making it from scratch, buying it frozen, or fresh at a store?

In most cases yes it would be healthier to make from scratch as there will be no preservatives or added sugars. you also have control over ingredients and amount allowing you to make it as healthy or unhealthy as you want. This is not to say that frozen and restaurant pizzas are completely unhealthy but in most cases it's healthier to make it from scratch.
