Should I/What are some Tip When Becoming a Vegetarian?
At the supermarket you can find A LOT of vegan "meats" which have sooo much protein (which you miss out on when your vegetarian) but have absolutely no real meat. And it's pretty good! Another tip is to get color in your diet, aka green things, lots of vegetables, oranges, grapes, etc. Asking a doctor for special vitamins to take is also a good idea because cutting meat out of your diet can really hurt your insides if you don't replace them. About eating out, on almost any menu there's always salad to order, and probably pizza too. What about fish? Some vegetarians decide that it's okay for them to eat fish, so if you decide that, it's a great way to liven up your diet. I'm a picky eater too and decided to just be a vegetarian because I hate most meats anyway x P
