Is this food poisoning? Sick all of a sudden?

I dipped sum pepperoni in ranch and ate it, than ate pizza but after that my throat started to hurt than an hour later my head hurts and I feel sick, could food poisoning cause you to feel like this? Cuz after I ate I started to feel like this
